Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use history.

• Develop structured, client-centered treatment plans that include measurable goals tailored to individual needs.

• Document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment modifications in adherence with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment methods and interventions based on their evolving circumstances and feedback.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, maintaining open communication with external partners, such as healthcare providers and community organizations.

• Facilitate virtual counseling sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations to enhance treatment approaches and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will engage with clients who may be experiencing challenges due to socio-economic factors, and your support will be essential in helping them navigate their paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in professional counseling, telehealth experience preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with underserved populations and familiarity with culturally responsive counseling practices.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload effectively while maintaining quality care standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
