Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients by developing strong, trusting relationships that promote effective therapy and adherence to professional ethics.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address any challenges, and discuss treatment plans, ultimately guiding them towards successful outcomes.

• Creating, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans that are centered around the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation including progress notes and assessment results to ensure continuity of care and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Performing intake assessments to determine initial needs and craft tailored therapeutic strategies for new clients.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to support your professional development and personal growth as a clinician.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to deliver holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating your competence in direct clinical service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, linked to your experience and qualifications.
