Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges is preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, offering enhanced well-being support. Additionally, you will have free access to our services as a client while maintaining your active counselor status, ensuring your mental health needs are met.
