Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide effective counseling and therapy sessions to clients, adapting techniques to suit individuals, couples, and families.

• Document session details, client progress, and treatment adjustments thoroughly and accurately, utilizing our electronic health record system for compliance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to optimize a holistic approach to client care.

• Safeguard client confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity for compassionate engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in working with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
