Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility that allows you to create a personalized work schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. As a telehealth role, all client interactions are conducted using secure video conferencing technology, which is integrated with our custom electronic medical record (EMR) system. This system provides you with efficient tools for documentation, treatment planning, and progress monitoring, streamlining your workflow so you can focus on what truly matters—providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, leveraging evidence-based interventions, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Participate in clinical support activities, including weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership for guidance and assistance when needed.

• Maintain accurate and current client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
