Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duty will be to conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. Responsibilities include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing services primarily to adults seeking assistance with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in creating a safe and welcoming space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active California licenses as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Demonstrated proficiency with telehealth technology and remote therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional expertise in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or experience in community mental health settings will be strongly preferred.
