Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through telehealth and community interactions.

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify clients’ needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient and their support systems.

• Partner effectively with other healthcare team members to integrate mental health services into holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain a focus on safety by identifying and reporting unsafe situations, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.

• Keep accurate records, including timely completion of reports and data submissions, to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support when necessary, as well as maintaining on-call coverage as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 – 85,000 yearly, depending on experience and qualifications.
