Superintendent - Land Development/Offsite

Offsite Field Superintendent | Southern California A highly reputable homebuilder to bring on an Offsite Field Superintendent to support land development operations across Orange County, LA, Inland Empire, and surrounding markets . This is a field-focused role overseeing offsite construction for multiple residential communities—ideal for someone with strong experience in site development, grading, and utilities who enjoys being hands‑on and driving projects forward in the field. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee offsite construction including grading, wet/dry utilities, paving, and street improvements Manage schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple active communities Coordinate with trade partners, engineers, and municipalities Ensure SWPPP/NPDES compliance and handle agency inspections Support project turnover from land development to vertical construction What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of field experience in land/site development Background in grading, utilities, and offsite improvements Strong understanding of civil plans, specs, and construction sequencing Experience working with municipalities and inspectors #J-18808-Ljbffr Metric Geo
