Job Title: Business Development Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is based in South Florida and offers a Remote work arrangement with periodic in office collaboration throughout the week. The individual in this position will help expand market presence by cultivating professional relationships, representing the organization within the community, and identifying opportunities for long term business growth. Success in this role requires strong communication abilities, a relationship focused approach, and the confidence to work independently in a field based environment.
Compensation:
$60,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience, plus discretionary year end bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative:

• Develop and maintain strategic referral networks within the assigned territory to support business growth and increase community awareness.
• Represent the organization at industry gatherings, educational events, and local networking opportunities to strengthen professional relationships.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions that communicate service offerings and foster ongoing referral partnerships.
• Coordinate outreach activities, track engagement efforts, and maintain accurate relationship data within a customer relationship management platform.
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support regional expansion initiatives.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a field based sales, business development, or relationship management position.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience utilizing a customer relationship management system; familiarity with leading CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to confidently speak to groups.
• High school diploma required along with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain a proactive approach to outreach efforts.
