Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of carefully screened clients who are generally stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. Our clinic ensures that you are matched with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences, fostering a therapeutic relationship that enhances treatment effectiveness. There are no severe mental health patients in your caseload, allowing you to focus on clients who are looking for support and guidance.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. You must also possess a valid license to practice independently in the state of California as:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on your workload and hours worked. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
