Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions over an 8-week evidence-based program, facilitating participant engagement and progress.

• Monitor and document client progress through accurate session notes, ensuring detailed care coordination and follow-up communications.

• Actively participate in care team activities, assisting clients in accessing supplementary resources while securing essential consent and authorization forms.
\n
• Proactively identify and address high-risk situations involving participants, adhering to our established safety protocols.
\n
• Attend regular clinical supervision meetings, monthly team discussions, and company-wide Town Halls to remain aligned with organizational goals and updates.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient information is protected at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients dealing with a variety of behavioral health challenges. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in building coping strategies, enhancing their mental health, and achieving their personal goals. This crucial role directly impacts treatment outcomes and helps shape healthier lifestyles for individuals across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent availability to manage patient schedules effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, based on experience and weekly hours.
