Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions through secure telehealth platforms, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Document and maintain clinical records and treatment plans accurately to ensure compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to coordinate care and address the comprehensive needs of each client, enhancing the continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your compassionate approach will help create a safe space for clients to express their concerns and work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and provide effective therapeutic support.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in managing clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
