Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their concerns and formulating precise clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to tailor approaches for each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, maintaining a calm and decisive demeanor.

• Diligently document client interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with state and federal regulations while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, case managers, and community resource providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Tiny Triumphs, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist with one of the following credentials: LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience delivering therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
