Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ needs, capabilities, and behaviors through interviews and direct observation, ensuring comprehensive understanding for tailored treatment planning.

• Integrate psychosocial, medical, and psychotherapeutic data to develop effective treatment plans that include various therapeutic interventions such as psychotherapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and skill training.

• Establish both short-term and long-term treatment goals with the patient, fostering an open dialogue to explore feelings and behaviors.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs that address acute and chronic pain, collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care.

• Provide therapy and develop strategies to assist patients with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addictions, and interpersonal issues.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date records of all clinical services, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring adherence to best practices in documentation.

• Consult with colleagues and other professionals to enhance treatment approaches, focusing on compassionate care that integrates psychological perspectives.
