Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment and psychotherapy services, focused on individual and group therapy for clients experiencing emotional and social challenges.

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements through rigorous documentation and quality assurance processes, including ongoing audits of client records.

• Participate actively in collaborative meetings, training, and workshops to enhance service delivery and stay updated with best practices in mental health.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to conduct thorough and timely data entry in the AWARDS electronic health record system, maintaining accurate and compliant client documentation.

• Offer crisis intervention services both in person and via phone, addressing immediate client needs with professionalism and care.

• Supervise and mentor interns in the recruitment, assessment, and onboarding processes, ensuring they meet the agency's standards and university requirements.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns and university partners, ensuring adherence to evolving federal, state, and county policies.

• Regularly participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for intern growth and development.
\n
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of all clinical program objectives and practices to optimize service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children, adolescents, and their families within a school-based framework. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
