Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, providing therapists with the flexibility to deliver care without the constraints of a traditional office setting. Our telehealth facility empowers professionals to connect with clients using cutting-edge technology, ensuring effective communication and ongoing support. Although you will primarily work from home, you may occasionally coordinate with other team members through virtual meetings, case conferences, and training sessions. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on patient needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
