Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by utilizing a range of evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit individual circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure patient privacy and data security.

• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to promote awareness and encourage proactive participation in their care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and severe mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
