Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients retrieving vital information about their physical limitations and rehabilitative needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize an array of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Implement treatment strategies aimed at relieving pain, enhancing physical function, and promoting recovery from injury, disease, or surgical procedures.
• Regularly track and document patient progress using clinical software, ensuring clear communication with other health professionals involved in patient care.
• Adapt and modify treatment plans as needed based on patient responses and progress toward health goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and the use of mobility aids to facilitate independence and empowerment.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities such as workshops and peer collaborations to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
