Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their functional abilities and establish treatment goals based on individual needs.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring that communications with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members are clear and up-to-date.
• Engage in ongoing assessment and modification of treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes, recommending assistive devices when necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures and rehabilitation strategies, offering guidance on home exercises and self-care measures.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices by attending workshops and participating in professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic encompasses a wide range of individuals, from children to seniors, who are experiencing various conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including electronic health record systems and word processing software.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to the varying needs of patients and the practice environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply for mentorship opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
