Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic outpatient office located in Old Bridge, providing a supportive, patient-centered atmosphere. Our clinic prioritizes open communication and teamwork, ensuring that every staff member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our mission. The typical working schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, you will carry out a wide range of essential duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients to formulate tailored treatment plans for those with diverse functional limitations and disabilities.
• Staying informed about state practice acts to ensure adherence to the regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
• Performing detailed evaluations, which include reviewing patient history, executing specific assessments, and documenting findings to guide treatment recommendations.
• Implementing treatment protocols effectively, based on clinical evaluations and the evolving needs of each patient.
• Regularly consulting with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals when necessary, adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical updates.
• Engaging in efficient discharge planning, ensuring patients receive proper follow-up care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all patient activities.
• Maintaining compliance with corporate and clinical service training and adhering to all appropriate state, local, and federal regulations.
• Ensuring high-quality patient care during every treatment session while optimizing departmental productivity.
• Actively participating in professional development through ongoing training and continuing education initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is a mandatory requirement.
• You must hold a current and valid state physical therapy license in New Jersey.
• We are looking for candidates with at least two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• A current CPR certification is essential for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with patients and quickly build rapport.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a background in personal training, particularly with digital applications or solutions, will be highly considered for their added expertise. Familiarity with measurement data and participation in initiatives aimed at improving access to healthcare is also a valuable asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes:
