Key Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in evaluating, treating, and guiding patients through their rehabilitation process. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modalities, to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Document and track patient treatments, responses, and progress in compliance with industry regulations.
• Regularly reassess therapeutic goals and adapt treatment plans to meet evolving patient needs.
• Provide education and support for patients and caregivers regarding the use of assistive devices and the implementation of home exercise programs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and participation in professional organizations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience
