Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for hospice patients, evaluating their emotional, psychological, and social needs based on their unique circumstances and history.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address the mental health concerns of patients and their families, focusing on emotional well-being and coping strategies during end-of-life care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to effectively support patients with varying mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional resilience, providing grief counseling, and assisting with the adjustment process associated with end-of-life transitions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care approaches that address both the mental and physical health needs of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to address urgent mental health situations, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
