Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including gathering detailed medical histories and performing specific evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Formulate and explain individualized treatment plans, ensuring to involve patients and their families in setting achievable health goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, patient responses, and evolving healthcare standards, ensuring optimal care delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans as necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions and recognizing when additional consultations are warranted.
• Perform timely discharge planning and follow-up care, keeping detailed records that highlight patient progress and compliance with treatment goals.
• Manage time efficiently, adhering to productivity expectations while being punctual and committed to attending meetings and scheduled training.
• Engage in marketing initiatives for the clinic and contribute to departmental goals that align with our organizational mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist position primarily serves adult patients undergoing rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
