The flexibility of our telehealth model means you can work from anywhere, and our structured schedule ensures you have predictable working hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments for new clients, gathering detailed information on their mental health history and current challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient progress to ensure compliance and facilitate effective treatment adjustments.

• Regularly monitor treatment objectives, assessing the effectiveness of interventions and modifying strategies based on client feedback and observed outcomes.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and building trust while actively engaging with colleagues and external professionals to coordinate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
