Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and coordinate comprehensive discharge planning tailored to individual requirements.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family psychoeducational sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and resilience.

• Lead process groups while developing engaging content that encourages participation and facilitates open discussions among clients.

• Actively monitor client safety by assessing environmental factors and patient status, addressing any immediate safety concerns as they arise.

• Identify and implement interventions tailored to patients with special precautions, such as those at risk for self-harm or harm to others.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals coping with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. Our diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, allowing you to utilize your range of skills to create tailored treatment strategies. Understanding and addressing the unique cultural and social factors that impact our clients is paramount in providing effective support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

• Capacity to manage and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.

• Successfully pass a background check as part of the onboarding process.
