Strategic SaaS Account Manager: Growth & Renewals

monday.com is seeking an Account Manager for its NYC Scale team. In this role, you will manage early adopter and expansion accounts while driving customer success and business outcomes. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive upsells and renewals.
