Clinicians can set their own hours and manage caseloads that typically range from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Our services are delivered via telehealth appointments, granting you the opportunity to engage with clients from the comfort of your own environment. Additionally, optional in-person group consultations are available for those who prefer direct interaction with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and offer effective short-term psychotherapy, adeptly utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet individual client needs.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups while adhering to best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for accurate diagnosis and to inform treatment planning, under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Engage in crisis intervention and manage immediate therapeutic actions to support clients experiencing acute mental health issues.

• Utilize electronic health records and telehealth platforms efficiently to document sessions, track progress, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

• Participate in collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care, refining treatment strategies based on feedback and case reviews.

• Maintain a commitment to continued professional development and clinical excellence by actively participating in team meetings and ongoing training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Spectra, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges and dual diagnosis disorders. Your work will focus on delivering therapeutic interventions that address a broad spectrum of issues such as relationship dynamics, stress management, addiction recovery, and family concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a doctoral-level license (Psy.D) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in individual and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
