Your weekly schedule will primarily consist of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though occasional evening shifts may be required depending on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological functioning and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans that are specifically tailored to each patient's unique conditions and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, to foster patient growth and recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, emphasizing emotional expression, personal development, and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.

Qualifications\n
