Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services using secure video conferencing platforms, accommodating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, collaborating on treatment goals and offering continuous support throughout their healing journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment adjustments in compliance with standards and regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and strategies, facilitating knowledge exchange among peers.

Qualifications\n

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
