Work Environment\n

As a part of our community health clinic's remote work setting, you will benefit from a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with possible evening shifts and rotating weekends required occasionally to meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for students with special needs, identifying unique challenges and strengths.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on the student's emotional well-being and successful integration into the school environment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for conditions such as ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and trauma.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, enhancing students' coping strategies and emotional regulation skills.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and therapists, to ensure a holistic approach is taken in student care.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilization as needed.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

• Ensure accurate documentation aligned with legal and ethical standards, maintaining thorough and organized records of student progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, case discussions, and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students experiencing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other emotional and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
