Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to accurately identify their mental health concerns, including therapy needs, goals, and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, using evidence-based methodologies and a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, maintaining an empathetic, respectful, and client-centered environment that encourages open communication.

• Stay abreast of latest advancements in mental health treatment modalities to ensure clients receive the most effective evidence-based care.

• Provide referrals to additional mental health services or specialists as necessary, coordinating care to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Document treatment interventions and client progress meticulously in compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions for continuous professional growth and skill enhancement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Must possess a valid state-issued license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, alongside a structured bonus system based on productivity.
