Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and diagnostic requirements.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments of client progress.

• Facilitate in-depth individual therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities specifically suited to each client’s needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, track progress, and adapt treatment approaches to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, utilizing our secure telehealth platform to support clients who prefer virtual engagement or face accessibility barriers.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, adhering to all ethical and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Engage in regular professional development through peer consultation, training opportunities, and staying abreast of emerging mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and individuals at risk for suicide. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Washington as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; candidates should have a clean disciplinary record.

• Ability to make informed evaluations and recommendations when devising treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Comfortable using telehealth technology and competent in computer applications relevant to counseling and client management.
