Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the unique cultural backgrounds and experiences of patients, allowing for the development of customized treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure that patients receive holistic and coordinated care, addressing all aspects of their health.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them towards self-advocacy.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focused on enhancing cultural competency and therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and proven experience in evidence-based treatment methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
