Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a remote work setting while maintaining connection with our supportive outpatient office team. Our therapists typically follow a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, risks, and challenges.

• Create and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address specific therapeutic goals and improve overall well-being.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health issues, thereby promoting community and education among peers.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring continuity of care through effective communication and teamwork.

• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes, offering immediate support and guidance.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring transparency and communication within the practice.

• Participate actively in case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Each therapist will have the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with patients from different backgrounds, allowing for a richer understanding of each person’s unique experiences and treatment needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Strong familiarity with a wide array of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to varied populations with diverse needs.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with effective communication abilities to foster trust and therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, boundaries, and sound clinical judgment.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and navigating digital healthcare environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
