Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to support diverse client issues.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe and empathetic environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients, enhancing treatment effectiveness and client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Stay informed about current trends in mental health and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a wide array of backgrounds and experiences. This includes individuals facing short-term life stressors, such as anxiety and work-life balance challenges, as well as those requiring support for more complex issues, including trauma, substance abuse, and relationship dynamics. Your approach will be tailored to connect with each client and address their specific therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is essential, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay:
