Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of mental health disorders, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide direct mental health treatment through psychotherapy to clients of all ages, ensuring the application of age-appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Facilitate engaging psychotherapy groups and family therapy sessions, employing psychoeducation and effective group process to foster open communication and healing.

• Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews of documentation, committing to at least two hours of professional development each month by attending individual or group supervision.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client contacts, diagnoses, and treatment progress, utilizing efficient electronic record systems.

• Collaborate actively with clients' families, educational professionals, and community partners to build a robust support network that aids clients’ recovery and growth.

• Incorporate trauma-informed care and culturally appropriate services into practice to ensure all clients receive compassionate and understanding support.

• Stay updated on best practices in mental health through ongoing training and continuing education, ensuring compliance with licensure requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical records and computer applications, particularly in Windows environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
