Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather important client history and mental health status, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that create a supportive network for clients to share experiences and foster communal healing.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other health care professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress using our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, staying informed of current best practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted professional license in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• At least two years of professional experience providing therapy to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
