The position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Our team operates primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet adaptable environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of each student.

• Deliver psychotherapy to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Provide education and resources to students and their families, emphasizing mental health awareness and available support services.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and school counselors, to ensure holistic care and support for students.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using electronic health records (EHRs).

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability options. Payments will be made via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
