Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you have access to a strong support system and resources to deliver optimal care. Our team operates Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which may require some flexibility to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and treatment goals.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual’s cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that empower patients to address their mental health concerns, fostering resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, providing immediate assistance and ongoing support as needed.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, guiding them through available treatment options and connecting them with community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and development through cultural competency training sessions.

• Stay engaged with current research in mental health, integrating best practices and new insights into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and the principles of cultural competency in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methodologies.
\n
• Effective crisis intervention skills, with the capacity to remain calm and collected in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
\n
• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
