As part of an outpatient office, you will also have the option to meet clients in person when appropriate, fostering meaningful connections that enhance therapeutic outcomes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote healing and personal growth.
\n
• Continuously monitor clients' progress toward their treatment goals, adjusting strategies and approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
\n
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with evolving treatment methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present with a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients of varying ages, from adolescents to adults, supporting them on their unique paths to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• A compassionate and client-centered approach, demonstrating empathy and dedication to client outcomes.

• The ability to navigate both independent work and collaborative team dynamics effectively.

• A sound understanding of ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements governing mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role, providing therapeutic services in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in specific modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Prior experience in crisis intervention and the handling of high-stress situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
