Job Summary

Sous Chef – Bring Your Restaurant & Hospitality Experience to Healthcare

We’re looking for a Sous Chef with experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, banquets, convention centers, catering, or other high-volume kitchens . Healthcare experience is not required — if you can lead a kitchen, execute great food, and manage a team, we can teach you healthcare.

Working alongside our Executive Chef, you’ll help lead daily culinary operations, develop menus, execute catering and special events, manage food quality and costs, and coach a team of culinary professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Help lead daily kitchen and culinary operations
• Support and develop cooks and culinary team members
• Create and execute menus, specials, catering, and events
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Assist with ordering, inventory, food cost, and waste control
• Help introduce new culinary programs and ideas
• Maintain strong food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Culinary leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, banquets, convention centers, catering, or high-volume foodservice
• Strong kitchen leadership and people-management skills
• Experience with high-volume production and/or catering is a plus
• Good understanding of food cost, purchasing, production, sanitation, and presentation
• Culinary degree is a plus, but experience matters
• ServSafe certification preferred
