Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring accurate diagnoses and understanding of their unique challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals, incorporating rigorous evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's circumstances, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during critical moments when clients require urgent assistance, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

Qualifications\n
