Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage as a frontline clinician, providing direct therapeutic services to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances.

• Facilitate brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments, making referrals for more detailed evaluations as needed.

• Develop and manage integrated care plans, coordinating with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Provide a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to client needs.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborative pathways towards improvement.

• Contribute to crisis intervention efforts and respond to urgent clinical situations with professionalism and empathy.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
