Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish accurate diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities to address mental health issues.

• Provide counseling and support for cases of alcohol abuse, conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Guide clients through challenging emotional and psychological difficulties related to medical conditions, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Refer clients to external specialists and resources when necessary, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

• Document session progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals confronted with mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship difficulties, and families experiencing conflicts or transitions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients cope with a variety of issues such as trauma, marital distress, communication barriers, and emotional hardships. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
