Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, empathetic, and insightful individual therapy sessions via secure video chat platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for all clients.

• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients through their unique challenges and facilitate personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set personalized goals and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving mental health and achieving a balanced life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse spectrum of mental health needs. Our aim is to empower clients to understand and improve their psychological well-being, equipping them with practical skills for navigating everyday challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current, active license allowing independent practice as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong digital literacy abilities, including familiarity with teletherapy tools and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote therapy role is advantageous, providing insights into telehealth best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
