Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. In this role, you will work primarily onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients and immediate feedback on therapeutic progress. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment aimed at pain relief and improving functional mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with individual therapeutic goals.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols, self-care strategies, and the use of assistive devices, ensuring they are well-informed and actively engaged in their recovery process.
• Participate in regular team meetings aimed at discussing patient care strategies, sharing best practices, and enhancing overall service delivery within the clinic.
• Stay current with industry best practices, attending workshops, and engaging with professional organizations to continuously improve your clinical skills.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and disability coverage.
