Work Environment

As part of our holistic approach to rehabilitation, our onsite facility in Atlantic City provides a supportive and engaging environment for both clinicians and patients. Our team is empowered to utilize evidence-based practices to deliver personalized treatment plans. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, encompassing a full 40-hour work week. This structured setting promotes teamwork and consistent communication among staff while also allowing ample time for patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred by healthcare providers.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate recovery in orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine specialties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging meaningfully with patients and their families, addressing concerns, and enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
• Administer purposeful therapeutic care, utilizing modalities and interventions that align with physician-recommended plans.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers to ensure a clear understanding of treatment objectives and promote continued progress outside the clinic.
• Meet established utilization benchmarks and contribute to overall business goals while adhering to quality care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, your primary focus will be on a diverse range of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with pediatric patients, neurologic disorders, and those in need of sports medicine therapy. Your ability to connect with patients enables you to motivate them throughout their recovery journey, addressing both their physical and emotional needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your application:

• Experience working in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient clinic.
• Background or certifications in specialized treatment areas, such as sports therapy, dry needling, or manual therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain community relationships and patient networks to foster trust and support.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a dynamic benefits package that includes:
