Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using both in-person and telehealth formats, ensuring a flexible approach tailored to client needs.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy.

• Effectively manage your caseload while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes, supported by our administrative staff.

• Participate actively in clinical consultation groups and peer support circles, fostering ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.
