This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients virtually. Our team works Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting a flexible and balanced work life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments to identify the needs, strengths, and challenges of each client.

• Develop structured and goal-focused treatment plans tailored to individual client objectives and progress.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress at regular intervals, utilizing our telehealth system effectively for record-keeping.

• Adapt treatment methods as needed based on ongoing client assessments and feedback during every session.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and external stakeholders to provide integrated care and resources to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a strong foundation in telehealth practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of telehealth systems, electronic health records, and other digital tools related to patient care.
