Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments designed to identify the unique needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s developmental stage and family dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary demographic focuses on children and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities involved in working with this population, including a compassionate, child-centered approach that fosters trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• An in-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and effective therapeutic methodologies.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy, with a focus on children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that promote a positive therapeutic relationship.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families, creating a safe space for open dialogue.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technological tools essential for documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
